About Marissa

My name is Marissa and I am a young professional in Arlington. During the school year, I am a Middle School teacher in FCPS. I have worked with children ages 6 mo - early high school and have a M. Ed. During the past two Summers, I was writing curriculum for the county, while finishing grad school; therefore, I was not able to nanny. This Summer, however, I have more availability/flexibility to nanny, as I just graduated from grad school. I am hoping to find a great family to connect with until the school year begins. I am open to extending into the school year part-time for the right fit. I am fully vaccinated, have my own car, am CPR certified, non-smoking, and absolutely LOVE pets :) Being in my late 20s, I'm mature and can take on additional tasks related to managing the household, driving children, caring for infants, managing complex needs, etc. I do have a trip scheduled for June 20-27 but am otherwise free.
