My calling to care for others stems from a deep-seated passion for supporting adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. Previous experiences in adult and senior care roles solidified my desire to positively impact their lives. As a Registered Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Certified Home Health Aide with 10 years of experience, I'm equipped to provide respite care and medical management. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have a car, so I am able to run errands as needed.
