About Marla

I'm a mom of six children and have had experience of 22 years. I'm 52 years old, with a child development degree and have a strong passion working with children and babies. I've had experiences with being able to help new mothers with their newborns because of my own experiences with my children. I've always had a deep passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. With my oldest being 22 years old I am an experienced dedicated childcare provider, and I'm excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family. My effective communication skills ensure that parents are always informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I firmly believe in a collaborative relationship with parents and follow their preferred communication method. I'm confident in my ability to enforce rules while maintaining a positive and nurturing environment. I have taken the initiative to obtain both CPR training and First Aid certification.
