We had her as a full time nanny for twin 6 month olds. We struggled with her communication style, listening to directions and respecting our choices as parents from the start but we gave her a chance because she was incredibly reliable and flexible. If reliability is a top priority you may want to consider her, however for us she was too old school telling us to use things like bumpers in the cribs and blankets in the cribs. She also disagreed with baby led weaning. She would do what we said but we had to be incredibly clear and direct that it was something she must do otherwise she interpreted it as a suggestion. She was very defensive and argumentative on anything we would ask her to change. While she would then follow our directions she would make passive aggressive and negative comments regularly concerning our decisions. It was like having your mother-in-law over everyday constantly making remarks about your parenting. If you like old school parenting and prioritize reliability she could be the right fit for you.
