I have over 10 years of caregiving experience, and this work is truly my passion. I take pride in delivering high-quality care and enriching the quality of life for every person I support. I am self-motivated, dependable, and committed to following all care standards and policies. I work well independently with minimal supervision, multitask efficiently, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. My experience includes caring for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia, mental health needs, and residents in nursing homes, boarding homes, and group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. I am highly experienced and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications, along with an up-to-date negative TB test.
