About Martha

Hi! I'm a Harvard-educated young professional based in New York City with over 7 years of experience in childcare. After several years in the corporate world, I recently transitioned to building my own business-and in the meantime, I'm excited to return to something I've always loved: caring for children. I began babysitting in high school and continued throughout college, and from 2020 to 2021, I worked as a full-time nanny in NYC for a wonderful child on the autism spectrum. That experience deepened my understanding of patience, empathy, and adaptability. I bring a calm, positive energy to every home, and I'm deeply committed to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for kids. In addition to childcare, I'm also a dog mom and lifelong animal lover-happy to help with pets, too!
