About Martha
I'm a retired Hospice nurse who loves animals! I've been involved with horses since I was young and am a PATH Intl Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. I currently teach lessons at a small nonprofit program in Ontario county and also own an Arabian gelding named Raj. I've had dogs my entire life (mainly Labs, Great Danes, Mastiffs and Dalmatians) and have past experience with birds, but it's been 25 years since I've owned one (a hilarious Orange-winged Amazon parrot named Waldo). I've not owned cats but have assisted neighbors with cat-sitting and vet visits in the past.
