I contacted Maryam and we agreed that she would start today (Saturday). I confirmed by text with her on Thursday. She did not show up today. When I texted her to ask if she was still coming, I could see via text that it was "read". I asked her to please respond so I can determine how to proceed. She did not. I called three times and it went to voicemail. That is quite unprofessional and indicates that she is not reliable.
