I have three girls, ages 10, 9, and 6. My sister, Maryam has been there since they were born, and has cared for them both as an aunt, as well as a paid caretaker. This included changing diapers, feeding, bathing, swaddling, coloring, baking, playing games, you name it! I'm an experienced Mom, but I find myself in awe of her a lot. She doesn't lose her cool, she relates to kids on their level (whatever age that happens to be), and most of all, she makes things FUN. I know, I know, you're probably thinking - of course you think that of her - she's your sister! I have to admit, I'm a little biased, but I highly, highly, encourage you to hire Maryam just once, and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about!
