About Mary Beth

My commitment to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors stems from a lifelong passion. Growing up in a medical family as the eldest of seven, and raising five daughters has given me a wealth of caregiving experience. As an end-of-life Doula and Life Coach, I've provided care to patients at home and in facilities. I offer all levels of in-home care and visitations. My services include non-medical support, emotional support, and assistance with advance care directives. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I have a graduate degree, am CPR and First Aid trained, and provide transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I have a year of experience.
