We love MC. She has been working with us for almost a year and truly loves our kids (so hard to find). She has become like family. She is the sweetest ever and is super engaging with our kids. She also has incredible patience (she balances 2 year old twins and a 6 month old with a whole lot of grace everyday). She's dependable and takes her job very seriously -- in almost a year I think she's taken 2-3 days off because she was sick and gave me lots of advance notice for her very occasional vacations. She's also a stickler for safety (which is super important with 2 toddlers running around!). I wish we could take her with us when we move!
