My calling is to support the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I cared for both of my parents, enabling them to stay in their home through their final days. I have experience with care coordination and medication management. With a graduate degree and 10 years of experience, I bring compassion and empathy to every care interaction. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I can provide respite care. I also offer light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. In the midst of this care, I strive to meet your loved one where they are and do my best to become a welcomed companion. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Respecting and helping your loved one maintain independence is important to me. I'm eager to use my skills to help your loved one thrive.
