About Mary Jo

I am a 45-year-old, mature, reliable and friendly caregiver. I offer over five years of experience (working with both elders and adults in their home environments) and am quick to bring joy and compassion to my work. I have considerable experience working with elders who have mild to severe Alzheimer's disease. I am able to assist with household chores, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, planned outings, errands, companionship and other TBD duties. I have a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and have extensive experience assisting with prescribed exercises or, more generally, staying active with walking, etc. My schedule is opening up and I look forward to speaking with you.
