I am a recent Masters graduate moving back to DC and trying to get back into the swing of things after a year and a half living in Rome. I have had a couple nanny jobs in DC in the past and would be happy to connect you with those families as I still visit them and babysit for them on a regular basis when I'm in DC. I used to facilitate a program that teaches behavior modification for 6-12-year-olds and I love my job! The best part of my job is talking with the kids and learning about their life experiences. When I can see the light bulb go on when they really understand what I am teaching them it makes me smile from ear to ear! I also worked at the YMCA teaching swimming lessons and help with the after school program and swimming lessons. I have worked with kids for the past 14 years in one capacity or another and love it!
