Mary Kay was prompt everyday, went above and beyond what she was originally hired for and showed immense compassion and care for my grandmother.

Mary Kay has always been a generous, kind, and funny caretaker.  She has a hearing loss which clients should be aware of just so they know she does depend on lip reading. She wears hearing aids and makes up for the hearing loss with very good visual vigilance. Mary Kay also takes care of herself and maintains good strength by a regular exercise program. She will also take the time to get to know clients and their needs and has both patience and a great sense of humor and is very trustworthy. Mary Kay took care of my elderly mother for over six years and was a godsend according to my mother. She cleaned her apartment, did her laundry, grocery shopping, and drove her to appointments. My mother fell a few times and also fell sick enough to require hospitalization. Mary Kay always kept calm and either helped my mother get back up if she had no injuries, called for additional help, or took her to a doctor's office.
