About Mary

After working as a rehab technician at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, I have become passionate about senior care in a unique way. This job has allowed me to grow as a healthcare provider in many ways. I have both worked alongside physical therapists and, under supervision, worked with patients one-on-one in restoring the quality of life after traumatic brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and many more progressive neurological conditions. It is awe-inspiring to see the progress of patients who were once immobilized or even completely incapacitated by these conditions. Being a part of a patient's significant change in health and happiness is one of many powerful experiences that have reaffirmed my choice to pursue physical therapy down the line. I am committed to compassion and patience, and will effectively work with patients to both care for and restore their quality of life.
