For the past 10 years, I have been helping elementary students thrive. As a certified teacher with a graduate degree, I create personalized support plans, because I believe every student has unique potential. I vary my teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and encourage open communication to understand what works best. I keep students engaged by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes. Communication is essential for understanding needs, progress, and building trust. I also have experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring.
