Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care, focusing on each individual's unique needs and preferences. My background includes some college coursework, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am certified as a Nursing Assistant. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I prioritize clear communication with families, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person, according to their preference. Patient, empathetic, and friendly, I believe understanding a person's history is key to building a strong connection. Knowing I can make a positive impact on someone's day is what I find most rewarding.
