(2 years as a live-in caregiver) Experience helping with every single task including transferring from wheelchair to bed by myself (with hoyer lift), suppositories, suctioning and trache care. She handled every aspect of his care with exceptional skill, compassion, and professionalism. She was completely reliable - always on time, never needing reminders, and consistently keeping our home and his equipment clean and organized. She managed complex medical devices, including his ventilator and suction equipment, with confidence and competence. Beyond her technical abilities, she brought warmth, friendliness, and a cheerful presence into our home during a very challenging time. Her compassion and intelligence were evident in everything she did, and our family always felt that he was safe and respected in her care. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is truly an exceptional caregiver.
