About Matilde

I am a bilingual English and Spanish educator and tutor with over 18 years of experience supporting children and adults in achieving academic success. My career has allowed me to work with learners from early childhood through high school, as well as bilingual and multilingual students needing language development support. I have led a full early childhood program, supported curriculum implementation, mentored teachers, collaborated with school districts, and guided families through developmental and academic milestones. I also work as a Multilingual Specialist with Flashlight Learning, scoring and supporting bilingual students. My goal as a tutor is to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can grow, feel confident, and experience academic success.
