Hello! I am a dedicated and empathetic caregiver who blends lifelong personal experience with a formal background in mental health. My journey in elder care began at age 4, volunteering as a senior companion for Lakewood Meals On Wheels--a commitment I proudly continued until I was 20. More recently, I had the profound privilege of providing care and companionship for my late grandmother over the last two years of her life. Through this deeply personal journey, I became highly comfortable navigating medical routines, hospice care, and the complex emotional landscapes that accompany end-of-life stages. As a Psychology major currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work, I bring a patient, grounded, and holistic approach to caregiving. I understand that great care goes beyond physical needs; it's about providing genuine companionship, active listening, and emotional safety.
