About Maxim

Bringing joy, safety and support to children's lives is my passion. My year of experience caring for children aged newborn to 4 has solidified my desire to make a positive impact during their formative years. I am patient, creative, and empathetic, which helps me connect with kids through playing pretend, art and sensory play, developing communication and rapport with the children. I'm happy to engage in educational games, too. Though I am used to taking care of 4-6 toddlers alone, I prefer to keep it under 3. I'm comfortable assisting with light housekeeping and travel as well. I communicate with parents using their preferred method and am happy to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules, generally following the parent's lead. Watching children experience new things is incredibly rewarding, and I'd love to share those memories with your family!
