Hi! My name is Maya, and I'm excited to help students build confidence and succeed in their schoolwork. I am a strong student myself and have always enjoyed helping classmates, friends, and younger students understand material in a way that makes sense to them. I'm patient, encouraging, and good at breaking down information into simple, clear steps. I believe that learning should feel approachable and even fun, not overwhelming. I'm especially happy to help with homework support, test prep, or reviewing concepts in subjects like English, reading, math, and science. My goal is to meet each student where they're at, encourage their strengths, and give them tools to feel more confident and independent in their studies.
