Although Maya ultimately took another job, I interviewed her for a job caring for my son and three other children. Maya was interviewed by me, an experienced middle school teacher and by another parent who is a family therapist. We were both very favorably impressed by Maya's warmth, maturity, and emotional intelligence. We asked her about how she would handle difficult scenarios with kids and the answers that she gave really indicated her natural ability with children. I think that a family will be lucky to have this warm, bright person caring for their kids.
