My journey in caregiving stems from positive experiences in previous roles and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. As a Licensed Practising Nurse with some college education, I offer medical management and am trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm known for being patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I respect my client's independence and follow the family's preferred communication method, whether through daily reports or verbal updates.
