Mayela worked with us for a full school year. She picked up my kids from school/after-school enrichment classes, drove them home, supervised them finishing their homework, read to them for 20 minutes (as I required), and took them to play outdoor till I finish my work at around 6 pm. She is punctual, caring, and very reliable. As a working mom, these are the things I appreciate the most. And our kids absolutely loved her, they looked forward to seeing her every day and would miss her when we went away for vacation. She would go extra miles to help out. Whenever I asked her to help out of our agreed hours, she would always try her best to accommodate. Once she even postponed her daughter's dental appointment to help me taking care of my girls because I was caught up at work. I would recommend Mayela without any reservation. My family moved here this summer with us, so I get enough help at home. Otherwise, I will continue hiring her this year as well.
