About Mckenna

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion! My five years of experience working with children aged 1-11 have solidified my commitment to supporting families. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. I graduated from Brentsville District High School and currently a division II student-athlete at Ferrum College and I am fluent in English and Sign Language (ASL). My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through verbal updates, text messages, or their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Having a car and being comfortable with pets allows me to provide flexible care. I'm eager to bring my enthusiasm and experience to your family, fostering a safe and happy environment for your children.
