Hi, my name is Meadow! I have B. S. in Kinesiology - Movement Science and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. I'm passionate about supporting people of all ages in maintaining their independence and quality of life. My approach is to find what works best for each individual by being creative and supportive in meeting their needs. As a an Occupational Therapy student I am learning how to support and provide care to older adults both physically and mentally. While attending school I would love to provide part time support to older adults helping with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, exercise, and companionship. I have experience working with diverse populations and have an education based upon healthy aging, diet, and mobility. In my free time I enjoy reading, DIY crafts, brain games, and doing outside activities with my family!
