I have worked with Mechelle for several days now. This evening was particularly difficult and she came by on short notice and immediately jumped into action, helping my mother with medications and getting ready for bed, cleaning the apartment, and offering emotional support. My mother has mobility challenges and Mechelle took care to position her in bed properly. She is very compassionate and will take initiative without being asked.
