About Megan

I have been teaching for 11 years; currently at Notre Dame Prep in Towson. I like tutoring because I enjoy working with students one-on-one; supporting their growth on a skill or challenging them and seeing their confidence improve. I'm looking for a job that will help me support students, build relationships with families and the community, and strengthen my skills as an educator. In my spare time, I like to read books, as many as I can, my goal for the year is 50 books. I love to take walks around my neighborhood. I like to go the gym and the pool when I can. I also enjoy hanging at home with my cats and my partner, Paul. One thing you should know about me is I work really hard at what I do. I will look at resources and do research so that the tutoring session will be the most effective. I am currently working on my 2nd Master's degree at NDMU because that's how much I love learning and growing at what I do. I really love teaching!
