Megan took care of our three children (2-year-old twins and a 1-year-old) during a month-long transition, and she was so great! Despite the short timeframe, she established a predictable routine that included plenty of outdoor time which was important to me. She is incredibly detail-oriented, and she always remembered things that I usually forget like extra water and sunscreen (it was summer time). Most impressively, our twins, who are typically very shy, bonded with her immediately and they still ask about her months later and list her when they are listing important people in their lives :) Any family would be lucky to have her!
