About Megan

Hi! I'm Megan, and I bring over 7 years of experience working with children in both structured and fun, active environments. I currently serve as an Aquatics Director and swim instructor, where I manage and mentor a team of lifeguards and teach children of all ages how to feel confident and safe in the water. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have all required clearances. I love creating engaging, active days with kids-whether that's playing outside, going to the park, swimming, doing crafts, or just encouraging their creativity and independence. I naturally build strong, trusting relationships with both kids and parents and take pride in being reliable, patient, and attentive. In addition to childcare, I also offer swim lessons and would be happy to incorporate water safety and skill-building into your child's routine if desired. I'm looking for families who value a positive, active, and supportive environment for their children. I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit!
