Megan was our two young sons' full time nanny for two years. She is always punctual and easy to work with, and kept me up to date and informed about her time with my kids, including what they did, ate, how they slept, etc. She took them outside to play regularly, and frequently planned interesting and creative art projects for them. She helped my older son begin learning his numbers and letters, and read to them regularly. On top of it, she helped pick up after the kids, and generally kept the house clean and tidy. If you get a chance to have Megan watch your kids, you definitely should.
