About Megan

I have degrees in English and Education, and I taught middle school and high school for 4 years. I transitioned into a sales career a decade ago, but I missed teaching, so I still tutor on the side. I have experience tutoring in early reading intervention, writing, literature/reading comprehension, ACT/SAT prep, college application essays, and ELL. Some of the more creative tutoring I've done has been teaching computer literacy for seniors, running a Shakespeare program for high schoolers, and teaching pre-college life skills geared at high school seniors (laundry, basic cooking, resume writing, interviews, how to stay organized with more self-guided work in college, etc). I'm currently accepting two new tutoring students for fall semester.
