About Megan

Hi there! I'm a currently a resident teacher at The Windward School, a nationally renowned school for children with language-based learning disabilities such as dyslexia. At Windward, I have been trained in the Science of Reading and use the Orton-Gillingham approach, which is a structured, multisensory method proven to help students build strong literacy skills. I have a Master's degree in General and Special Childhood Education and am currently pursuing my second Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. I specialize in supporting students with reading, writing, and language challenges, and I'm passionate about helping each child unlock their full potential through individualized, evidence-based instruction. This summer, I'm offering tutoring in reading, writing, math, and language support for elementary and middle school students. I create sessions that are engaging, personalized, and confidence-building-whether your child is catching up, getting ahead, or needs targeted support.
