About Megan

I'd describe my personality as caring, attentive, responsible, thoughtful, hard-working, go-getter, goofy, extroverted and fun-loving I like working with kids because they have such a beautiful, simplistic view of the world that reminds us to enjoy the present and not to take ourselves too seriously. I started working with kids around when I was a teenager in High School. I was mainly helping out every once in a while. I nannied for a family with three children and I loved it - it was full time, in Nashville, TN, anywhere from 5-7 days a week, 10+ hours daily for almost a year. I only left because I moved back to North Carolina. I just moved back to Raleigh and currently am volunteering/working with kids 0-4 on Tuesday evening for about 3-4 hours. In my spare time, I like to read, walk outside, go to the lake, slalom ski, hike, and spend time with my husband and family.
