To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share my background and experience working with children. I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs. In the past, I worked as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist in a school setting, where I supported children with diverse learning and behavioral needs. That experience gave me strong skills in patience, communication, and individualized care. For the past three years, I have been a full-time nanny, where I have cared for children ranging from infants to teenagers. I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I am dependable, compassionate, and skilled at balancing structure with fun.
