About Megan

I'm a board-certified, licensed school Speech-Language Pathologist with summers off, bringing both professional expertise and hands-on childcare experience to every family I work with. As a recent Master's graduate in Speech-Language Pathology, I have a strong understanding of communication development and diverse learning styles. I've been babysitting since I was 15 and have experience working with children of all ages, including those across the autism spectrum. My approach is always child-led, creating a nurturing and interactive environment where children feel empowered to explore and express themselves. I naturally incorporate strategies that support communication, social skills, and play in a fun and engaging way, and I also have knowledge of sign language to support children with a variety of communication needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where every child feels seen, understood, and encouraged to be themselves!!
