I would be so thrilled to support yours, or your child's, writing needs. I hold a Masters from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I also worked as a writing tutor for 2 years. I have since then worked as a writing tutor and college professor for the past 10 years off and on as I've had my own children and taught professionally at arts colleges in Chicago. As a tutor, I love helping learners successfully express their own ideas on the page. It's such a joy when folks find the keys to successful written communication! I have worked with students at elementary, high school, and college levels to workshop essays, all kinds of written homework assignments, cover letters, resumes, academic dissertations and more. I excel at having a conversational approach and helping folks refine a good outline and structure. I am also strong with grammar support and ESL.
