I have been working for 10 year on cleaning houses I have very good experience clean homes. I can clean (walls, bathrooms, kitchen, ect) I clean with natural products or anything that you would like me to clean with I have transportation .

I'm so glad that I found Nancy! I'll highly recommend her, she is really good doing her job, she is always on time and with a great attitude. Every time that she comes to my house leaves it perfect!

I don't usually write reviews but because I think it's so important in situations like this I will write one today. 
I believe Nancy is not reliable nor professional. I got in contact with Nancy and at first she was very responsive. We were communicating via text messages however when she told me what day and time  she was available i asked her if she would be able to start that coming weekend based on her availability and I never heard back from her. Nancy was not professional enough to text back a simple yes or no even after I messaged her days later, (I figured she had simply forgotten to reply?) But no, she completely ignored my message. It saddens me to see that people don't pride themselves on being up front and professional. I can just imagine how unreliable she would have been, so maybe this was a blessing in disguise. I don't recommend her for these reasons as this was huge inconvenience as I could have been interviewing other candidates if I hadn't focused on her.

Nancy is absolutely WONDERFUL. She is a great person, and is a very good cleaner. She follows instruction very well and is very kind. We feel very lucky to work with her.

Very communicative, dependable, and was able to meet my family's needs last minute. Is independent and drives to your location. Responds to messages and phone calls in a timely manner. I will hire again as soon as I recover from the hospital which is why I urgently needed help prior to being admitted. Nancy has her own basic supplies but I had no problem providing a vacuum, broom, and mop for use. I believe she has extra supplies in the car if needed but I recommend discussing those details.

I would highly recommend Nancy.  She's on time and super thorough.  Her detailed cleaning is pretty incredible.  She says her English isn't good, but I have had no trouble communicating with her via text and in person.  Over the phone she puts her son on to talk.  We were really worried about hiring a new housekeeper - old housekeeper was with our family for 12 years, but Nancy is great!
