I hired Melanie to join our childcare team a little over a year ago. From day one, she has shown commitment to being a safe space for our children and engaging them in age appropriate activities to encourage their emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth. It is truly the goal to find an employee who will celebrate each milestone with genuine excitement the way Melanie did. She formed bonds with the children that gave a lot of our families a sense of comfort and peace each day. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have had her be a part of our team!
