We interviewed Melina and decided to hire her. We talk about where we were located and cross streets during the interview. We waited for her other job to end otherwise we could have continued our search. But the night before her first day, she said that the drive was too far. So make sure you talk about EXACTLY where you need her because she apparently doesn't want to travel very far.
