About Melinda

I'm an experienced childcare provider with over 30 years of working with children and families, as a teacher, nanny, postpartum doula, and parent. I hold a degree in early childhood education and bring a calm, steady, and attentive presence to the families I support - while still being creative, imaginative, and lighthearted with the children. Families often appreciate that I can step in with ease and create a grounded, supportive environment, especially during busier transitional times. At this time I'm offering short term and occasional childcare support, including back up care, after school help, and temporary coverage. I value clear communication, mutual respect and creating a low stress experience for both parents and children.
