About Melinda

I'm a dependable, empathetic, and warm pet sitter with a bubbly personality and a lifelong love for animals. I grew up with three dogs and was the primary caregiver in my family, handling everything from walks and feedings to playtime and meds. Over the past year, I've been professionally pet sitting, and before that, I had four years of paid experience caring for pets for friends and family. I currently work as a research fellow at BU and am looking to earn extra income by helping families care for their beloved pets. I know how important it is to trust someone with your animal, and I take that responsibility seriously and do everything I can to make your pet feel safe, loved, and happy while you're away. In my spare time, I crochet, sing in an a cappella group, and enjoy spending time outside. Whether it's energetic play, long walks, or calm cuddles, I adjust to what your pet needs and make sure they feel at ease.
