Melisa is such a natural with kids! She bonded immediately with our 2 toddlers (3y and 16m). She is super playful and attentive and follows direction well. I especially love that she always involves both kids in an activity. They are extra sweet and loving with each other after spending time with her. She is a hard worker, takes notes, and asks questions to make sure she understands the kids’ routine. Great communicator and shares anything that she observes- she noticed that our 16m old was getting sick before he started showing symptoms. We can’t wait to have her back!
