Melissa came and helped out with my mother who was starting to go through early stages of dementia a couple of nights per week for a little over a year until things started to progress and routine became paramount and the schedule just didn't fit anymore. She was there for not one, but two, incidents where my mother clearly wasn't doing well and we are so thankful that she was there at those times. She recognized that things weren't right and quickly called for help and (with the quick response of the fire department in our area) she had them already there before I even knew there was a problem, which was amazing. After it happened (the first time) I felt safe when she was there with my mother. Melissa is very kind and we are still keeping communication open in case there is a need at some point that aligns with her schedule. Very thankful for her.
