About Melissa

Making a positive impact on children's lives has always been my passion. For 15 years, I've supported families by providing reliable care for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My experience includes being a Girl Scout leader, after-school teacher, dance teacher, and talent show coordinator, as well as a Girls Inc. provider. I also have experience with special needs children. I'm patient, creative, friendly, and comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred method. I am happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am First Aid and CPR trained. Caring for up to four children at a time allows me to give each child the attention they deserve, and I look forward to bringing my nurturing approach to your family!
