My 20+ lengthy professional career was built upon a foundation of serving others. Making a difference in someone's life who is in need of support, especially during a difficult or transitional period of life, is a passion of mine. I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I offer respite care, errands and shopping assistance, housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am physically strong, and as a prior gym owner/personal trainer, I am adept at helping others regain mobility and strength after injury or due to required lifestyle change. I am trained in CPR, and adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I'm friendly, approachable, and eager to use my skills to bring peace of mind to you and your loved ones.
