About Melissa

Hi, I'm Melissa! I've loved animals my whole life and started pet sitting independently at 9 years old, caring for everything from dogs and cats to rabbits, birds, and reptiles. I've owned dogs all my life, raised chickens, ducks, and rabbits, and even worked in PetSmart's small animal department--so I'm familiar with fish, snakes, mice, and more. I also have some horse experience, am comfortable around large animals, and am always willing to learn your preferred care methods. And as a nurse, I'm confident providing medication or light treatments if needed. Whatever your pets need, I'm here to help and give them all the love and attention they deserve while you're away!
