About Melissa

Hello, my name is Melissa and I own Breakthrough Family Solutions where I consult with families navigating life transitions helping them develop clear plans and strategies that reduce stress and burden on family members. I primarily work with older adults and their families to pre-plan and problem solve. I help families to form a family care plan and build care dependable, dedicated care teams. My goal is to help families find solutions to cope with hindrances such as illness, loss of all types, and depression/anxiety. I use tools such as nutrition, spiritual practices, movement, and active listening to walk through solutions to organize a plan to help individuals feel present and inspired in their lives. I have spent the last several years helping elders to maintain independence and improve quality of life.
